"Bella" is from Hillside Hounds "B" Litter by "Ripley" and "Mya". From the moment I met Ripley a few years ago, I admired him as one of the most handsome Saluki I've ever met. He had the tons-of-fringes that I adore, and he has such personality that really makes me take a few long looks at a dog to really appreciate them. When I was asked about my interest in co-0wning Mya and Bella, I just couldn't say no to such wonderful Saluki!
Since coming here, Bella has turned the world here upside down. Bella loves to nap in the most interesting of places: the kitchen sink, the kitchen windowsill, on top of the dryer, in the bathtub, on top of the dog beds that I have setting on top of crates, on top of the fridge, under the futon couch... She also tends to leave some form of mess while she's getting to the place she wants to take a nap from, and I ask the hounds here, "WHO MADE THIS MESS??" of course little Miss Bella comes up wagging her whole body, so proud of herself, and I annouce, "Its A Bella Mess!!" to which her new call name, Isabella, has come from.
Though she is a red, she is slowly growing into a red sable or a red grizzle pattern to her coat. She is a very strong boned girl for her frame, and is growing into being a beautiful bitch.
